Terms of Haunting

The short, honest version. (Plain-language draft — the spirit is final, the wording gets a legal once-over before launch.)

Your page is public. Profiles, bios, and wall comments on HauntMap are visible to everyone, signed in or not. Don't post anything you wouldn't put on a yard sign.

Be 13 or older. HauntMap accounts are for people 13+. If you're younger, enjoy the map — no account needed to browse.

Your stuff is yours. You own what you post. By posting it here you let HauntMap show it on the site (your profile, your wall, and roundups of member pages).

Play nice in the graveyard. No harassment, no spam, no impersonating creators or other members, no posting other people's private information. Wall owners can delete anything on their own wall, and HauntMap can hide comments, suspend accounts, and remove profiles that break the rules.

Music plays by embed. Profile music is an embed from Spotify, SoundCloud, or YouTube — those platforms' terms apply to the music itself.

The map stays free to browse. Accounts are for joining in — never for gating the map, pins, or events.
